Target Days
Punctuality

Over this academic year the school is going to be focusing on punctuality as students miss
important notices when they arrive late into school and this is also disruptive to the learning of
other students.
We have already informed parents by text that the Senior Leadership Team will be undertaking
random target days where students who arrive in school later – after 8.40am, will have their details
recorded and will have to undertake a brunch or lunch detention on the same day.
Parents will be informed that their child is in detention by text message, and we will ensure that
the students will have the opportunity to eat during the day.
