Goal 1:  Implement a health, wellness and workplace strategy for faculty and staff, creating
the conditions for the Heritage College to become a best place to work and learn as
recognized by “The Chronicle of Higher Education.”
Goal 2:  Create a comprehensive professional development strategy to recruit and retain
outstanding faculty and staff.
Goal 3: Create and implement a comprehensive workforce plan for diversity, inclusion and equity.
Goal 4:  Promote a climate of appreciation, recognition of accomplishments and
greater communication.
