1 Understand how NK cells can be used to fight cancer
2 Create new treatments from innate lymphoid cells to improve the immune system
3. Expand capabilities to study CAR T-cell therapy
4. Recruit new scientists to study the basic biology of stem cells and blood formation
5. Use one of two GMP labs on the Anschutz Medical Campus and recruit researchers to more easily and safely manipulate cells that can be given to patients for treatment
