Class of 2026 Valedictorian Sophia Marie Kailukaitis, daughter of Andrea M, Kailukaitis, and granddaughter to Joseph D, Kailukaitis and Moira D, Kailukaitis, will be attending the University of Texas at Austin, where she has received full tuition coverage through the Highest Ranking Graduate Scholarship, In addition, she has received the Good Citizen Scholarship from the Daughters of the American Revolution, a scholarship from the Texas-Oklahoma Kiwanis Foundation, and a scholarship from the Lion Pride Band Parents Association, Sophia is also an active member of her community, with over 200 service hours, and was awarded both a Gold and a Bronze Presidential Volunteer Service Award, While in school, among her many accomplishments, she was the Lieutenant Governor for Division 32 of Texas-Oklahoma Key Club, a four-year Superintendent Scholar, won All-Star Cast at One-Act Play her sophomore year, won 5th place at Academic UIL Ready Writing district competition, performed with the GHS Colorguard in the North Texas Colorguard Association circuit, an active member of the National Honor Society, and a part of the Greenville High School Book Club, She has held officer positions in the Theatre Troupe as Vice President and in the Lion Pride Band as Colorguard Lieutenant her Junior year, Sophia plans to major in Neuroscience and minor in business before attending medical school to become a Neurologist,

Class of 2026 Salutatorian Jude Shields Walker, son of Key Walker and Holly Walker, will be attending the University of North Texas Honors College where he has received full tuition coverage through the UNT Excellence Scholarship, In addition, he has received scholarships from Kavanaugh Methodist Church and the Lion Pride Band Parents Association, While in school, among his many accomplishments, Jude was a Lion Pride Band Drum Major, Captain of the Men’ s Varsity Soccer Team, 1st Team All District recipient, 1st Team Academic All State recipient, 2025 Defensive Player of the Year, four year Superintendent Scholar recipient, Treasurer and Historian for the Student Council, and Rotary Club Student of the Month, He was also involved in Key Club, Peer Assisted Leadership, National Honor Society, Academic UIL, and was voted by his peers to be on the Freshman and Senior Homecoming Court, a Junior and Senior Class Favorite, and Mr, GHS, Jude will be majoring in Biology( Bachelor of Science) before going to graduate school to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy,
