“If there was one thing that I could change in my society to advance women's rights, it would be to have greater equality amongst men and women in the work force. This is not to say that there is absolutely no equality; there is much more equality in the workplace now than there ever was before (in the United States, at least). However, we still have issues such as men being paid more than women and women not having as many leadership roles. There is room for improvement, and I think that both men and women are starting to see that. This is also important to me because I think that it is something that will effect me in the near future.
