Ende 2022 eröffnete Cédric Staudenmayer das Restaurant Cédric in Weinstadt, im März 2024 später wurde er mit einem Michelin-Stern und dem Young Chef Award ausgezeichnet. Heute ist er Markenbotschafter von HEPP und verbindet mit dem Besteck CONTOUR eine persönliche Geschichte: Schon sein Großvater, ebenfalls Koch, schätzte das Besteckmodell, das für seine fließenden Linien und schlichte Ästhetik bekannt ist. Dank der hohen Qualität konnte Cédric Staudenmayer alle Besteckteile von seinem Großvater übernehmen: Frisch aufbereitet, begleitet CONTOUR heute seine regional-saisonalen Menüs.
Das zeitlose Besteck-Design harmoniert mit Staudenmayers Fine-Dining-Konzept, das Tradition mit Moderne verbindet. Wichtig ist ihm, dass er die Besteckkollektion heute noch nachbestellen kann, um den Bestand um Teile wie Gourmetlöffel und-gabeln zu ergänzen.
At the end of 2022, Cédric Staudenmayer opened the Cédric restaurant in Weinstadt and in March 2024 he was awarded a Michelin star and the Young Chef Award. Today he is a HEPP brand ambassador and has his own personal story with the CONTOUR cutlery collection. His grandfather, also a chef, appreciated the cutlery model, which is known for its flowing lines and simple aesthetics. Thanks to the high quality, Cédric Staudenmayer was able to take over all the cutlery from his grandfather. Freshly reconditioned, CONTOUR now sits alongside his seasonal menus based on regional produce.
The timeless cutlery design harmonises with Staudenmayer’ s fine dining concept, which combines traditional and modern touches. It is important to him that he can still reorder the cutlery collection today to supplement his stock with items such as gourmet spoons and forks.

Mit HEPP verbinden ihn außerdem prägende Erinnerungen an seine erste Station nach der Ausbildung. Der Limolöffel aus der Kollektion KREUZBAND, mit dem er im Restaurant Ophelia Desserts kreierte, wurde zu seinem Wegbegleiter: Heute trägt er das Löffelsymbol als Tattoo.
A COMBINATION THAT GETS UNDER THE SKIN
He also has formative memories of HEPP from his first assignment after completing his apprenticeship. The iced tea spoon from the KREUZBAND collection, which he used to create desserts at the Ophelia restaurant, became his companion. And today he carries the spoon everywhere with him – as a tattoo.
