SCHOOL OF WEALTH MANAGEMENT
The School of Wealth Management aims to help associates become experts on Baird ’ s differentiated , client-centric approach to wealth management . To do so , talented Branch Development Consultants work with individuals and teams to help them deliver the best client experience possible . This is done through implementing Tiered Service Models , developing Customer Relationship Management approaches and creating processes that improve both client experience and team communication . Throughout the year , Baird also hosts growth forums for Financial Advisors and their teams . In these forums , we meet Financial Advisors where they currently are in their practice development and focus on helping them grow and become more efficient . Other similar events within this school include the Baird Women Advisors and High Performing Teams Summits , Client Specialist and PWM Symposiums .

SCHOOL OF TEAM AND EARLY CAREER ADVISOR DEVELOPMENT
This school partners with Financial Advisor teams at all stages . From the beginning phase of team exploration through the late stages of succession planning , this school uses group development sessions , peer-sharing forums and continued coaching to ensure teams are functioning to their highest ability . Plus , programs like our Foundations Program , Financial Advisor Training Program and Early Career Advisor Summit serve as additional career advancement opportunities within the school for up-and-coming advisors .
SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
With cohort learning designed to prepare our leaders and strengthen relationships that are critical to the success of the business , this school ’ s goal is to develop leaders at all levels - including local leadership , like branch managers , to ensure Financial Advisors have exceptional support at Baird . The leadership development programs within the school ( i . e . Branch Leadership Development , Leaders Engaging and Developing , LEAD NXT and PWM Team Leader Development to name a few ) strive to build and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as a leader within Private Wealth Management . The professional connections associates make through these leadership experiences help our leaders leverage each other for problem-solving , idea-sharing and friendship .
