James Kouzes is both a top leadership
speaker and trainer and an experienced
executive. The Wall Street Journal pro-
claims him as one of the twelve best
executive educators in the U.S. He is also
the Dean’s Executive Fellow of Leader-
ship in the Leavey School of Business at
Santa Clara University. Jim has coau-
thored with Barry Posner more than a

million copies sold. As a leadership guru,
he has been researching, writing about,
and facilitating leadership development

Arthur Carmazzi has made his

Leadership model, his Coloured
Brain Communication model and

tools of Arthur combined into the Di-

are international bestsellers and are

The foundational philosophy of Ar-
