Organized by the Monaco Automobile Club , the Historic Monte-Carlo Rally 2023 will include cars similar to the models that competed in the Monte-Carlo Rally up to its 51st edition in January 1983 . All the teams have chances of finishing with quite impressive results thanks to a choice of three average speeds to be complied to all throughout the race . This 25th edition starts on January 31st . The Gala and the Prize Giving will take place on the evening of February , 7th .
