Today we bring you an overview of the restaurants that have opened their doors this spring and which we suggest you visit .
EM SHERIF MONTE-CARLO
Located on the ground floor of Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo , the restaurant Em Sherif Monte-Carlo offers a sensory excursion that highlights an authentic Lebanese-Mediterranean cuisine in a warm and lively ambiance , with a breathtaking view of the big blue . With a cuisine inspired by the unique story of Mireille Hayek , founder of Em Sherif , who pays tribute to her roots and excellence through an authentic approach . Her daughter , Yasmina Hayek , is continuing the family history and has taken on the role of Executive Chef at Em Sherif Monte-Carlo .
Em Sherif Monte-Carlo is also opening new horizons , as well as respecting its roots , taking you on a voyage that respects both .
