RELAXATION AND BEAUTY : HOTEL MÉTROPOLE REOPENS AFTER RENOVATIONS

The much anticipated reopening of Hotel Métropole Monte-Carlo took place on the 21st of April . After 4 months of renovations , the hotel was ready to welcome clientele into the spring-themed decor . The new ‘ So Gardenly Métropole ’ atmosphere included flowery and poetic scenes in the heart of the lobby , a pleasant and soothing entrance where time stands still . The public could discover or rediscover the culinary creations of the hotel ’ s Chef des Cuisines , Christophe Cussac and his teams at the starred Yoshi restaurant for Japanese cuisine in contemporary decor .

In April , the Chefs of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group joined forces with volunteer employees to provide packed lunches for needy people . The charitable action was carried out in partnership with Solidarpole , a Monegasque association combining the objective of economic growth and ecological and social awareness . Meals were distributed in the form of a packed lunch in Nice . SBM is actively pursuing charitable actions to support the Monegasque medical profession during the Covid-19 health crisis , and also for years with the collaboration of the Group ’ s hotels with local associations such as the Guardian Angels of Monaco , MIR , Restos du Cœur etc .
