The 74th Cannes Film Festival will take place from Tuesday 6 to Saturday 17 July 2021 . The Cannes Film Festival is an annual film festival held in Cannes , France , which previews new films of all genres , including documentaries , from all around the world . Founded in 1946 , the invitation-only festival is held annually ( usually in May ) at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès . The festival will be celebrating its 74th year . The jury will consist of President Spike Lee as well as five women and three men of seven different nationalities who will be honoured this year to discover the 24 films in the 2021 international competition . Monaco Art Week July 13 – 18 , 2021
Monaco Art Week consists of exhibitions , art talks and meetings and a round table hosted by a dozen galleries and auction houses . Monaco Art Week ( MAW ) was born from the desire to federate Monegasque cultural institutions by organizing events to highlight the artistic scene in the Principality . The association was born in spring 2018 , with an MAW artistic journey through galleries and auction houses , spread over different districts of the Principality ( Condamine , Monte-Carlo and Larvotto ). The program for the 2021 meeting is already rich , we can expect some additional events and entertainment to be added as every year . After the 2020 edition marked by the presence of a very reduced number of spectators at Stade Louis II , the Herculis EBS Meeting is happy to welcome up to 8,000 spectators in 2021 .
