SHARING IDEAS ON HELLOMONACO
FRONT COVERS ON INSTAGRAM
Preserving our sweet dreams in this beautiful
world, HelloMonaco galvanized the community
with more than 40 covers posted
day by day throughout the quarantine —
over 40 covers sharing ideas from prominent
residents infused with positive vibes.
It took off, just as did the heartfelt singing
of the Monaco National Anthem each evening
— ringing out from the balconies. The
singing and the encouragement of residents
sharing their optimism projected via the
HelloMonaco Cover campaign struck home.
When hugs and kisses suddenly cannot be
shared, and not visiting loved ones becomes
the norm, the HelloMonaco thoughts by
these prominent residents, infused with caring
and love, were powerful weapons animating
community spirit.
In this battle against the virus racing drivers,
athletes, celebrities and entrepreneurs
shared their best tips while cooped
up in quarantine.
SPIRIT OF CARING AND SHARING
Power, beauty & money alone are worthless
against the virus; the true currency is community
spirit, a spirit of caring and sharing that
this campaign ignited in abundance. The
oxygen that the virus tried to deprive us of and
that we fought for was kindled instead into an
olympic torch of strengthened fellowship.
Freediving athlete whose deep breaths
create world records Pierre Frolla urged:
«Don’t be afraid. Be happy. We may be having
a hard time living as I say, but it really
is not a very difficult moment in our lives.
Because people experience things much
worse than us every day. <…> Humanity
has always risen, it will rise again. We are all
sailing in the same boat. That is what is interesting.
There is no social scale. There are no
rich, poor, strong or weak. We are all in the
same boat and that, really, is very reassuring.
Trust again, show solidarity and live with respect
for others and the environment».
Racing drivers and Formula 1 enthusiasts
know a lot about discipline and perseverance
especially of danger. They joined the
HelloMonaco Cover campaign in abundance.
And so the air and earth also smiled at the
words of Formula 1’s Daniil Kvyat: «It will be
over soon if we are all disciplined together».
And the Mediterranean shore and sky-line
beamed as Mika Häkkinen cheered us up
with hope and a positive mood.
Getting to know himself more and becoming
stronger in the process was Arthur Leclerc
while Formula E’s Nyck de Vries joined in
the battle to boost the human spirit: «Unfortunately
there is no army that can fight
Coronavirus we need to fight this together».
Flavio Briatore, well-known Formula 1 enthusiast
and director of the Benetton and Renault
F1 teams and currently an entertainment mogul,
adorned the 36th Cover: «Our resilience
and sense of community are both tested and
needed the most in times like these».
Following him on the 37th cover was Grigor
Dimitrov who did his racing on the tennis
court winning the 2017 ATP finals: «Since
the beginning of the lockdown all over the
globe we see endless examples of empathy,
courage, dedication, devotion, generosity
and love. Heartwarming indeed».
And wishing to wave her magic wand to cure
the evils of the virus the 38th Cover featured
Karolina Zubkova-Mattes (KarolinasFairytale):
«Once upon a time there was a very
very bad virus, it made millions of people
very sick and drove most of the population
into social isolation, this is your chance to
slow down and focus on yourself».
Refusing to put his spirit in a cage Michelinstarred
entrepreneur Riccardo Giraudi inspired
with his detox and fast. While Victoria
Sylvstedt shared seven pearls of wisdom,
one for each day of the week: «Sometimes
you may feel like jumping off the terrace in
this mess ... think positive. We are all in this
together and we will come out stronger».
A special thanks to our 31st Cover hero, a
politician, community leader and the Monaco
Economic Board Executive Director General,
Guillaume Rose, for his contribution to
#stopcoronainmonaco.

«About being self-isolated, I’d like to take the
opportunity of these few words to remind
ourselves that there is no place like home and
how we are lucky to have one», concluded Tom
Claeren, high end content producer, luxury
blogger, actor and brand consultant in the 40th
cover story of this HelloMonaco campaign.
HelloMonaco thanks all the prominent residents
of the Principality who have taken part in
its #stopcoronainmonaco campaign, staying at
home and sharing their spirit and reassuring tips
via HelloMonaco Front Covers on Instagram.
Thank you for all your support! We made it
through this crisis together!
