The Rinaldi family has maintained its traditions for four genera-
tions. Eric goes out to sea three times a week and fishes for almost
24 hours. He comes back with his crates and baskets loaded with tuna,
swordfish, sea bream, red mullet, whiting, cuttlefish and rock soup... His
crustaceans, langoustines and lobsters, are truly mouthwatering. They
are to be enjoyed straight away at his rustic wooden tables.
This is a formula mixing authenticity and conviviality throughout the
year. The famous Rocher views and dishes of an unsurpassed fresh-
