MEET THE CAST JUSTIN MCDERMOTT FRITZ/POLKA DANCER/ENSEMBLE Justin is a senior at the University of Northern Iowa, majoring in Communication-Theater Education. Justin was most recently seen in TCR’s production of Newsies. Back for his second show, he is thrilled to share the stage with the talented cast and crew of Hello, Dolly!. He would like to thank his parents and older sister for their endless support. He hopes you enjoy the show! *MATTHEW MCGRANE LOUIE/COOK/POLICEMAN Can you believe that before Hello, Dolly!, Matt had never performed musical theater in his entire life? It’s true! He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University and a Master of Interior Design from Harrington, vigorously pursuing various musical interests both in school and beyond. Matt and his husband David Maier very recently and very happily relocated to Matt’s hometown of Cedar Rapids. *DALLAS OLBERDING HANK/POLKA DANCER/ENSEMBLE Dallas is beyond excited to be making his TCR debut in Hello, Dolly! after recently taking the stage in RTC’s Chaplin! Amongst the tons of other productions he’s been in, Dallas also takes dance, choir, and band in Mount Vernon and just started his freshman year here in Cedar Rapids. He would like to thank his 34 incredible friends and family, and all of the people involved in this show for making this such an extraordinary experience! *ADDISON REETZ POLKA DANCER/ENSEMBLE Addison is beyond excited to be a part of this show! She is from Manchester, Iowa. Throughout her career, she has been in various shows like Sister Act, Mary Poppins, All Shook Up, Jim McDonough’s Holiday Grande Tour three times, and The Minnesota Ballet’s The Nutcracker three times. She is thrilled to work with such a talented cast and can’t wait to put on a fantastic show! MEGAN RENZ ENSEMBLE Megan is honored to be a part of TCR’s Hello, Dolly!. This is Megan’s second show at TCR, after Rogers and Hammerstein’s Classics in Concert in 2014. Her favorite and biggest role has been the lead, Agnes Evans, in She Kills Monsters at Giving Tree Theater in August 2018. Megan plans to go to school in the Chicago area and pursue acting. “I perform for all who believed in me and encouraged me to keep doing what I love!” JAYNA SHETTERLY ENSEMBLE Jayna is thrilled to be a part of this beautiful classic!
