FEATURES Biological happiness—a new definition of lifestyle Life is all about ‘happiness’, isn’t it? Look at the things we do in life, whether it’s work, play or love—happiness seems to be our ultimate goal. Happiness is such a huge yet simple word. It’s probably one of the first few words that we all learned as a kid next to ‘dad’, ‘mum’, and ‘food’. However, as we have grown up, we have all tried so hard just to stay happy!
