Succeeding in the IB program. It was a lot of hard work and I couldn’t have done it without the motivation and support of my principals, teachers, friends, and family. I really enjoy soccer because of the challenge of keeping control of the ball. I also really like connecting with my teammates. Not many people know that I have a passion for make-up. I want to get a degree in Biochemistry and have a career working in product development for cosmetics. How the economy is currently running and what it means to be a company. Protecting the environment and also kindness in general. Kindness doesn’t cost anything and I believe everyone is deserving of it. Is there an educator who has made a major impact in your life? My fourth grade math teacher Ms. Meggison helped me learn how to do long division and multiplying two digits by two digits thus enabling me to work more efficiently. In Mr. Balthrop’s Theory of Knowledge class I learned a lot about viewing and respecting different cultural perspectives. Mr. Casanova also majorly impacted my perspective of the world. He is passionate about not only teaching but also the well-being of his students. What are your plans for the summer? First, I am going to beg my parents for an investment fund for my company! I will also spend time working on my fiction novel about civil war. I am getting my first job! I have applied to Ulta which is a cosmetics company, and also the Bedford Boy’s Ranch because I really love working with children. Do you have a hidden talent? If not, what hidden talent would you like to have? If you could change anything in the world, what would you change? 18 In math class I started a company that I am hoping to morph into a real company. I learned how to analyze stock market relations and trends using the graphs and scatterplots I learned about in Ms. Noble’s class.
