MakerSpace Mania!
HEB elementary school libraries hosted our first-annual #MakerMania Day on March 2! Students were given
the opportunity to participate in STEM/STEAM challenges in the library and in their Fine Arts (Music, Art, PE)
classes. From coding robots to play music, to binary bracelets, to homemade slime, it was “game-on” for a
fun day of learning. Thanks to the HEB Education Foundation, every elementary school has a Makerspace
in the library, where students can explore, tinker, create and build.
