Integration Project Between Instructional Practices in Education and Health Science
The Instructional Practices in Education class partnered with the Health Science class to be trained in lifesaving CPR and AED use . The health sciences students taught the education students about CPR and discussed material for the written CPR test . As a result of this training , 10 education students received their CPR certification cards .
Integration Project Between Phlebotomy and Anatomy and Physiology
Pam McGill ’ s Phlebotomy class did an integration project with Janet Williamson ’ s Anatomy and Physiology class . The students worked with blood types and inheritance factors . The phlebotomy students deduced the A & P students ’ bloodtypes , and the A & P students taught the phlebotomy students about inheritance of bloodtypes .
