On the morning of August 11, over 2,000 HEB
ISD employees gathered to kick off the new
school year and introduce the 2017-18 theme,
“Better Together.”
The event featured incredible student and staff
performances, greetings from School Board
President Julie Cole and Superintendent Steve
Chapman, and a special address by Euless
Police Chief Mike Brown.
