What was the inspiration behind Beyond Her Blush ? I love the element of surprise . Getting a surprise box every month is exciting and something to look forward to . Ever since I was little , I was always a fan of the “ fruit of the month club ”, etc . Beauty and fashion have always been my passion . I was excited to try the beauty boxes on the market but when I did , I wasn ’ t sure how to use some of the products . In addition , I didn ’ t necessarily have all the products needed to get the “ look .” That ’ s when I new there was a void to be filled .
What makes Beyond Her Blush so unique ? Instead of creating another box , I offer a beauty kit that gives you stepby-step instructions on how to use the products ( while still maintaining the element of surprise !). It ’ s also curated by celebrity artists , so you are getting looks that are on-trend by the ultimate professionals who specialize in a particular category .
What ’ s your personal beauty philosophy ? It ’ s all about confidence . You just need a dab of lipstick or smokey shadow that instantly enhances your look and the way you feel ! That ’ s exactly where the name “ Beyond her Blush ” came from . We want our customers to feel beautiful and exert confidence . Go beyond the blush , feel beautiful because you are .
What ’ s your biggest beauty pet peeve ? Noticeable foundation that stops at the jawline . I want to stop every person I see and let them know that haven ’ t blended their makeup all the way .
What exciting plans do you have in the works for 2016 ? We ’ ve partnered with some incredible high-end designers , stylists and makeup artists to curate boxes as well as having up-and-coming brands participate in different boxes .
