• Electropolishing( EP): This electrochemical process removes a microscopic layer of material, rounding off“ peaks” and creating a“ mirror” finish that is chemically passive and highly resistant to corrosion.
• Sequential processing: Advanced manufacturers now electropolish tubes before the bending process. After assembly and seal welding, each tube hole and joint is mechanically re-polished and re-electropolished.
