BASF announces leadership changes in North America HRS ships largest ever order
BASF has announced key leadership changes effective April 1, 2025. Heather Remley, currently President of Global Engineering Services in Ludwigshafen, will take the helm as President & CEO of BASF Corporation in Florham Park, New Jersey. She succeeds Marc Ehrhardt, who has chosen to leave the company. Remley brings extensive experience in global operations and engineering to her new role, positioning her
to drive BASF’ s growth in North America. Stepping into her former position, Christian Aucoin, currently Senior Vice President of Global Operations Agricultural Solutions in Limburgerhof, will become the new President of Global Engineering Services. These transitions reflect BASF’ s commitment to strong leadership and strategic continuity as the company continues to innovate and expand its global footprint.
HRS Heat Exchangers has delivered its largest-ever heat exchanger order from its Murcia, Spain facility to a North American client. Valued at $ 3.8 million, the order includes 384 heat exchanger modules( 126 tonnes) for a major renewable energy project. The system, featuring 6m and 10m units, supports heating, cooling, and heat recovery using HRS’ s efficient corrugated tube technology. Shipped in 18 containers, the first consignment left in September, followed by additional shipments in
October and December, each taking around three weeks. Upon arrival, HRS Senior Business Development Manager Waly Niane inspected the first delivery, confirming all units arrived intact. Matt Hale, Global Key Account Director, praised the teamwork between North American and Spanish teams, stating:“ Delivering an order of this scale on time is a testament to our collaboration. We look forward to supporting installation and commissioning.”
Chevron announces leadership changes
Chevron Corporation( NYSE: CVX) announced senior leadership changes to streamline operations and enhance competitiveness. The Oil, Products & Gas organization will be consolidated into two segments: Upstream and Downstream, Midstream &
Chemicals. Mark Nelson remains vice chairman and EVP of Oil, Products & Gas. Clay Neff will become president, Upstream, and Bruce Niemeyer will lead Shale & Tight, both effective July 1, 2025. Andy Walz will continue heading Downstream, Midstream & Chemicals.
The Chevron Technical Center will focus on Technology, Projects & Execution. Ryder Booth will take over as VP of this unit, replacing Balaji Krishnamurthy, who will become president of Australia on April 1, 2025.“ These changes enhance efficiency, innovation, and long-term growth,” said CEO Mike Wirth.
