The acquisition of Thermowave in Germany through the Nexson Group will operate as a stand-alone entity under the existing name of Thermowave to strengthen and further compliment Nexson Groups portfolio with gasketed and semi welded plate heat exchangers as key process components with a focus on technological superiority and innovation . This acquisition is to several cooling and heating solutions , including digital scroll solution process chillers , horizontal variable speed for transport air conditioning , cooling control solutions , next gen R410A solutions , and R32 compressor solutions along with the winning solutions . Copeland ’ s oil-free centrifugal compressor is a low-complexity solution that delivers high performance with ground-breaking Aero-lift™ bearing technology , designed to increase efficiency in chiller applications with low-GWP refrigerants . The appreciation was supplemented with the ‘ Energy Efficiency Award ’ for the Copeland™ ultra high-temperature heat pump solution designed and optimized for ultra-high temperature applications such as waste heat recovery , surface processing , drying , and distillation .

Munters has signed an agreement to acquire Airprotech srl , a prominent Italian manufacturer of Volatile Organic Compounds ( VOC ) abatement systems . This strategic move enhances Munters Clean Technology portfolio and supports cleaner production for European industries . VOC abatement systems eliminate harmful organic compounds from industrial emissions , ensuring cleaner air .
