Throughout the year, our employees devote many hours to a variety of charities and identify causes for the association to donate monetary assistance. Here is a small reflection on 2015 and the positive impact your cooperative has had on rural Missouri. Danielle Thompson presented $2,000 to the Missouri Veteran’s Home in Mt. Vernon to purchase a new bath tub for the facility. Members of our Harrisonville staff met with Harrisonville High School drama club students to donate money for McEowen Elementary School’s food drive. Camp Quality serves children with cancer and their families by providing year round programs, experiences, and companionship, at no cost. FCS Financial sponsored a snack table and participated in a recent 5K for Camp Quality in Newton County.
