Customer Satisfaction Surveys will be
mailed on October 16.
Your experience as a member of FCS Financial is important to us. Each year, we mail a survey to randomly
selected members. This year, the survey will be mailed on October 16. If you receive the survey, please
complete it and return to Avant Marketing as instructed in the survey material. Your feedback is used to
ensure we are providing the service you expect and to measure how we perform year over year.
Fun at the Fair
On Monday, August 14, more than 2,000 members attended the FCS Financial customer appreciation event at
the Missouri State Fair. Held each year on the first Monday of the fair, members receive four free fair tickets, food
vouchers, gifts and refreshments. In addition to the event, FCS Financial sponsored the State Fair Ag Youth Dance,
showcased our Heartland Heroes program during the Veteran’s Appreciation Day on Sunday, August 13, and
received recognition for being a white ribbon fair sponsor.
More than 18 staff members volunteered to work at the Beef

FCS Financial pledged a five-year commitment of $50,000 to support the 4-H
Foundation in its efforts of providing educational resources, training volunteers,
awarding college scholarships and growing strong future leaders. From left: Rachel

Partnering with Missouri Farmers Care and its member
organizations, FCS Financial donated $15,000 and helped raise
more than $165,000 for Feeding Missouri to assist with childhood
food insecurity programs. Our members donated an additional
$500 during FCS Financial’s event. From left: Jeff Houts and

attending FCS Financial Day at the Fair.
