The rest of the house is a testament to her honed design
skills. Each room flows beautifully from one to the
other, with the paint subtly changing from one (dark)
shade to another.
You might think that this consuming palette swallows
the beautiful period features. Quite the opposite. In
fact, you probably notice them even more.
Abigail’s collection of furniture, objects and paintings
is almost museum worthy, and they totally own the
space. The walls create the perfect backdrop, rather
than acting as the feature. Beautiful tan bar stools, a
huge life-size angle poise lamp covered in purple felt, a
concrete chair, industrial cabinets, ornate chandeliers
and big mirrors are just a few of her treasures that fill
the space (and most are available through her shop).
