* TURKEY MEATLOAF 1 lb . lean ground turkey
1 / 2 cup dry oats 1 large egg 1 tbsp onion flakes
1 / 4 cup ketchup *
1 . Combine all ingredients and mix well .
2 . Bake in a loaf pan at 350 F for 25 minutes . Meatloaf should have an internal temperature of 165 F .
3 . Cut into five slices and serve . One slice equals one serving .
* To reduce sodium , use low-sodium ketchup . New sodium content for each serving is 74 mg .
