be in a relationship with him. I would constantly tell him no! I just
wasn't ready for that. Besides I wanted to know more about who he
was, the things he liked and I didn't want to rush into it. He would
say ok, but he would still pressure me into changing my mind. But
I wouldn't.
Easter night 3/23/08, we went out to a club with friends and
had a good time. He told me he didn't want to argue about the
relationship issue anymore. Then he apologized to me. I told him
don't worry about it and I proceeded to have fun with my friends. I
knew I had to get up at 7:00 a.m. to meet my mother in the

and came to my house after I asked him not to. I went outside and
asked him to leave and then I went inside. I thought I heard him
leave so I went in my living room looked out the window to see if
he left. I didn't see his truck so I ate a little breakfast, then I began
to get dressed. I'm always cold so I grabbed my jacket then ran out
the door. As I was driving, I didn't see anyone following me nor
did I have a reason to think I was in any danger. I continued to
drive to go meet my mom and the house inspector.
As I pulled up to the house I didn't see anyone on the street. I
was early so I parked in front the house but I left the car running
with the doors locked. I called my mom to let her know I made it.
She told me she was a few minutes away. I sat the phone down in
the console and continued to listen to the "Steve Harvey Radio
Show". As I looked up in the rear view mirror, I saw a man dressed
in all black. He had on a black hat, black shirt and a black

a black gun at the back of the car and began shooting. I didn't
