Washington showed us all what can be done if we as women stand together. Why
can’t we do the same in our everyday lives? What will it take for us to learn to
love, respect and uplift one another? It is time to make a change; it is time to take
a stand!
I encourage all women that are reading this article to take a vow of loving
the women around you. If you know of a lady that needs tips on hair, make-up or
fashion, and you have the skill. Help her and give ideas on how she can improve
herself instead of talking about her behind her back. If you have a co-worker that
needs to develop stronger skills, take the time to teach her those skills that will
help her get to the next level. Please don’t ignore her and stop her growth in fear of
her becoming better at it then you. She will make you stand out to your leadership.
If you know of a woman who is going through hard times in life, she may be
broken. Uplift her, encourage her, or pray for her. Don’t leave her feeling alone. If
you have women you know that is trying to make her business grow, invest her by
promoting her business. You will be surprised how your business will grow too! I
can go on and on but I think you get the jest of this empowerment speech.
