Here it is again yet another month passing by us as time flies. The more issues I release the more I grow as an editor and as a business woman. I start this letter off with a THANK YOU. Thank you to all supporters, believers, nonbelievers, readers, and viewers. I dedicate every issue I put out to all of you. That same heartfelt thank you goes to everyone featured in this issue. I greatly appreciate the emails, submissions, texts, tweets, messages, everything.

In every issue I try to leave behind a bit of knowledge to those in search of it. So below were a few thoughts that crossed my mind.

In the interview I had with Adonis we talked deeply upon changing your light when it is in the wrong direction. As we talked this sat with me throughout the rest of the interview because he was so right. It is never too late to change your direction. Sitting in misery will allow company to keep you in that state of mind, and then it will become too late to get up because you now have baggage to pick up as well. Competition, failure, and strife, are key parts in becoming a success. It is not about how well educated you are, and it is not about how big of a team you have behind you. It is the strength you have to get up and keep fighting through failure, eliminate competition, and keep your head lifted through strife. Success is what you make it, so make it count.

One of my favorite quotes from my favorite motivational woman…

"Stay in peace, not in pieces." Iyanla Vanzant
