Any fruit you like , 3 strawberry pieces
Low fat yogurt bowl
Pieces of almonds
Procedure:

Pour the yogurt on the eating bowel
But the strawberry piecis in the bowel
Pour another layer of yogurt
Place small pieces of strawberry in the middle
