People from different ages are facing the same problem which is
sleeping because of the same reasons for examples, stress in work or
school , no exercising , long naps and caffeine. To solve this problem
you need to know what to do!
First , you have to stay away from stress as much as possible . To stay
away as much as possible you can go for example to yoga classes or
kick boxing classes or swimming classes and that will help you to be
positive and happy by taking out what stress by a good and healthy
ways , also Regular physical activity can promote better sleep, helping
you to fall asleep faster and to enjoy deeper sleep
Second , don’t have a nap limit it for an hour . Long daytime naps can
interfere with nighttime sleep because of that If you choose to nap
during the day, make it during the midafternoon. Having a nap for
long time make many issues it let you feel laziness . No energy which
will make you to delay your work.
Third , you must Cut down on caffeine. You might be surprised to
know that caffeine can cause sleep problems up to ten to twelve hours
after drinking it! . Exchange caffeine with fresh juices and water that
will help to don’t be Exhausted.

sleep.
