Does junk food affect our skin?
Studies have shown that junk food does affect you and trap bacteria inside
your face like: as fried foods, fatty foods, caffeine, nuts, chocolate, and even
red meat. These kind of food is so bad for your health because it will produce
blackheads and acne breakouts.
Is diets and acne breakouts connected?
a diet with a high glycemic load could be linked to acne breakouts, and that
following a low-glycemic diet may help to reduce them. And high levels of
Sugars and carbs will increase the hormone insulin, which could produce body
infections.
And a diet with heavy dairy products will also increase the acne in your face ,
because dairy products trap some kind of certain hormone associated with the
inflammation.
What can we do to prevent acne breakouts?
Do not eat
sugar , junk food, cow milk, High-glycemic foods.
What to eat
Fish or flaxseed
Green tea
Oysters
Juicing
Probiotics
