How I lead my healthy life?

- For breakfast I eat everything because it is the more important meal of the day

- Then I eat some fruit

- During the day, I drink 2 liters of natural juice

- I practice every day for about 2 hours

- I do push-ups, sit-ups, jumping, lifting weights and hit the sack

- For lunch I usually eat chicken or something cooked

- After lunch I always run

- In the evening I go to training, to actively deal with kickboxing

- Before the training I eat chocolate with energy crops

- Before bedtime I drink a glass of cold milk or make natural juice

- Of course I have time for learning and meeting my friends

The most important thing is to have a healthy body and healthy mind
