What’s not to love about these pops? Coconut, pomegranate & raspberry’s - 3 of our favorite things! Perfect on a hot summers day right out of the freezer, these pops look great & taste even better. They can be whipped up in less than 10 minute’s & are the perfect healthy treat. Yummo! E FRE RAW SUPER FO OD COCONUT POMEGRANATE AND RASPBERRY POPS By Jade & Kath from Panaceas Pantry | Makes 8 pops 1 cup full fat coconut milk 1-2 tablespoons rice malt syrup 1 ripe banana Seeds from ¼ of a pomegranate ¼ cup raspberries Melted dark chocolate for dipping (optional) 1    Blend the first 3 ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, mixing through pomegranate seeds and raspberries. 2    Pour into an ice cube tray (larger cubes work best). Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 3 hours. 3    Remove from freezer and dip into melted dark chocolate, placing on a baking paper lined tray to set. 4    Allow a 5-10 minutes between freezer and mouth. 5    Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
