NUT E FRE RAW Y DAIR FREE O LE PA E IN Y AL RG LK NE A E QUICK CABBAGE SALAD By Kristin from Mamacino | Serves 4 SALAD ¼ red cabbage ½ red onion handful of coriander 1 red chilli (deseeded if you don’t like it too spicy) DRESSING extra virgin olive oil 1 lemon, juiced 1    Push the red cabbage, onion, coriander and chilli through the shredding blade of your food processor or finely chop. Transfer to a bowl. 2    Add a good drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and stir well to combine. 3    Allow to sit for ten minutes for the flavours to develop before serving.
