Healthy Living Center Fall 2017

Mount Carmel’s Healthy Living Center is a community health and wellness center that offers free programs and services aimed at preventing and managing chronic medical conditions, encouraging healthy habits and promoting wellness. Programs include: » Cancer Services and Survivorship Programs: 614-546-HOPE (4673) » Pregnancy and Parenting » Community meeting space > Moms 2B, in partnership with The Ohio State University » Cooking and Nutrition > Childbirth Education » Diabetes Education > Breastfeeding Support » Exercise » Stress Management > Pilates > Relaxation > Tai Chi > Mindfulness > Yoga > Meditation > Zumba These services are available for free to anyone in the community, including Mount Carmel colleagues, partners, patients, volunteers and families.
