Chocolate Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

1/2 cupPlain low fat Greek yogurt

1/2 cupLow fat cottage cheese (or low fat cream cheese)

2 tbsCocoa powder

2 tbsPeanut flour (or 1 tbs peanut butter) 1

1/2-1 cupSweetener of choice (this really is to taste)

1 tspVanilla extract

Optional: Assorted fruit for dipping

Place everything (except for the the fruit) in a food processor (or a really good blender if you have one), and blend until mixture is smooth and no clumps remain. Place in a covered container and chill for at least 30 minutes, (or up to one week in the fridge). Serve chilled with fruit!
