BLT Chicken Salad

1/2 cupChopped or shredded cooked chicken (about 2 oz cooked)

1 tbsPlain low fat Greek yogurt

1 tbsLow fat mayonaise (or an additional tbs Greek yogurt)

1/4 cupTomato, diced

1 pieceCenter cut bacon (or turkey bacon), cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup Shredded lettuce

PinchSalt, pepper and stevia to taste

Optional:Low carb wrap, bread, or lettuce wrap to serve

In a small bowl, combine chicken and all of the remaining ingredients. Serve as is, or on a lettuce wrap or low carb wrap of choice!
