Monte Cristo Wrap Sandwich

2 High fiber wrap bread (I like La Tortilla brand)

1 tspMustard

2 ozDeli ham, thinly sliced (or about 4 slices)

2 oz Deli turkey, thinly sliced (or about 4 slices)

2 slicesSwiss cheese, cut in half (I used Ultra thin slices)

2 Egg whites

1/8 cupUnsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

1/4 tsp Salt

2-3 pktsStevia (or 1 1/2 tsp baking stevia or 1 tbs sweetener of choice that measures like sugar)

1/2 tspCInnamon

Optional:Low sugar raspberry jam, for serving, dash of powdered sugar, for topping

1) Lay wrap bread out on flat surface. Spread the top of each wrap with 1/2 tsp mustard. Top each wrap with 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of Swiss cheese (2 halves spread across each wrap). Fold each wrap in half, (so it makes a half moon shape.)

2) Mix the milk and egg whites together until well combined, then add the salt sweetener and cinnamon. Mix well. Dip both sides of the wrap in the egg mixture just before placing in the pan, making sure both sides of the tortilla is coated with the egg mixture, (almost as you would french toast). This requires both hands, to hold the tortilla and all the ingredients inside in place, while coating both sides!
