about mid-morning, the
kindergarten teacher said,

bathroom, hold up two

With a change in the seasons many people are hoping to get
into shape and maybe even shed a few of the holiday pounds still
hanging on…
But, like most people you are probably short on time and
resources. So just how do you get healthy and in shape when you are
living in the “real world”? (a.k.a. You work and don’t have a personal
chef or trainer.) Well, there IS a tried and true formula for getting into
shape…eat less, exercise more.
If you can just wake up 25-30 minutes earlier each day, or just
carve out 25-30 minutes on your lunch break, after work or before you
go to bed and break a sweat you will be on your way to swim suit
shape. You don’t have to make a big production of it, just crank on
some music and dance like no one is watching, or get some cheap
weights from Target and build a little muscle, or throw on a quick DVD.
Plus, there are so many awesome resources for work out ideas online
like www.collagevideo.com and www.dailyburn.com

And when it comes to your diet, there are so many choices and
so much information out there it can be confusing. But really, keep it
simple and listen to your body. Eat REAL food, try to limit anything
from a box or can and eliminate empty calories in the form of soda and
alcohol. Make it a goal to eat more veggies and fruits and less sugar.
Really listen to your body and stop eating BEFORE you feel fu
