Meet [insert name] Your Healthy Corner With a change in the seasons many people are hoping to get into shape and maybe even shed a few of the holiday pounds still hanging on… But, like most people you are probably short on time and resources. So just how do you get healthy and in shape when you are living in the “real world”? (a.k.a. You work and don’t have a personal chef or trainer.) Well, there IS a tried and true formula for getting into shape…eat less, exercise more. If you can just wake up 25-30 minutes earlier each day, or just carve out 25-30 minutes on your lunch break, after work or before you go to bed and break a sweat you will be on your way to swim suit shape. You don’t have to make a big production of it, just crank on some music and dance like no one is watching, or get some cheap weights from Target and build a little muscle, or throw on a quick DVD. And when it comes to your diet, there are so many choices and so much information out there it can be confusing. But really, keep it simple and listen to your body. Eat REAL food, try to limit anything from a box or can and eliminate empty calories in the form of soda and alcohol. Make it a goal to eat more veggies and fruits and less sugar. Really listen to your body and stop eating BEFORE you feel fu
