This man is over 100 yrs. old, and he is water sking as if he is only 20. Isn's that amazing!

-Get regular, moderate exercise.
-Spend time with like-minded friends.
-Give something back.
-Eat meat in moderation.
-Eat an early, light dinner.
-Put more plants in your diet.
-Drink plenty of water.
