Happy March! Spring is just around the corner and with it everything starts to wake up and bloom. It’s the perfect time to talk about something I hold dear—our habit of the month: Rest.

I’ve personally been working on my own rest habits over the last couple of months. I’ve been Sabbathing until noon every Saturday. It’s been a game changer for me, and I’m slowly working up to taking a full day of Sabbath. It’s not always easy, but it's definitely worth it!

Rest isn’t just nice-to-have; it’s essential. It’s not about earning it after a hard day’s work. It’s about giving ourselves permission to pause, even before we start.
