place—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. It was a year of struggle on the tale end of a hard season of life. And now? By God’s grace, I’m no longer there. I’m healing. I’m recovering. And movement—alongside the other 6 habits, therapy, and community—is playing a big role in that.

Even this month, I’m moving more than I did last month (I'm at 5,525 avg/day now!). It’s progress. And I’ll take it.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, tired, or stressed—adding a little more movement to your day may help more than you think. A short walk can lift your mood, calm your mind, support your hormones, lower blood sugar, and boost your energy. It’s one of the simplest, most powerful tools you have to care for your body and live out the life God has called you to.

So no matter where you’re starting from, remember: every step counts. Literally.

This month’s magazine will guide you through building the habit of movement into your everyday life. Nothing fancy. Just small, meaningful steps that really do make a difference.

Let’s move together—one step at a time.

With grace and gratitude,

Katrina

2024: 2,124

Oof. Seeing that 2024 number made me cringe at first. But then I remembered: I was not in a good
