Carla has taken the HFL philosophies and made them her own. How can you do the same?
First, let's acknowledge that she didn't do all the things from the beginning. She literally started with just her worship habit, which we know that our spiritual health is foundational to everything we do, including our health.
Second, do you think she had to give herself grace to not be doing all the things? Yep. And when she started adding more habits, did she do them perfectly? No!
She aimed for 80%. And she didn't start with 80%, she built up to it and took notice of them by tracking them.
