Making Water Fun & Yummy
Instead of soda, I would buy flavored sparkling water.
You have to be careful with sparkling water brands as many of them have artificial sweeteners and flavors.
Approved brands include: LaCroix, Spindrift, Zevia Sparkling Water. (The brand Bubly is found many places, not an ideal brand, however a great upgrade from soda!)
Zevia also makes stevia sweetened soda.
Drinking more pure water and making it a habit IS possible.

WATER: Why drink it and how much do you really need?
Do you just hate to drink water?
Before I started my health journey, I hated water. Coffee with sugar, sweet tea, soda, juice and Gatorade were my beverages of choice. Here is how I made the transition:
I started diluting my drinks or choosing a no-sugar alternative.
Instead of sweet tea, I would get half-sweet/half unsweet tea. Then, over time I moved to unsweet tea with a splash of sweet. Now I enjoy a variety of unsweet teas (green and herbal) sweetened with stevia.
Instead of a full glass of juice or Gatorade, I would halve the juice with water or sparkling water. I would then continue to decrease the amount of juice and increase the water.
