Turn a practical idea into a routine!

The busy schedule and heavy workload leave students very little time for themselves and for their health. A 1-hour break isn’t sufficient enough for a healthy lunch and a visit to the gym. Oftentimes, students result to fast food and junk food that are readily available and are quick to consume. So, to make things easier, we introduce the idea of “Meal Prepping.” The name is exactly what it implies. Food preparation should be done before your busy week begins. Meals are supposed to be kept frozen or refrigerated until they are to be consumed for the rest of the week. Meal preparation might just be the answer many college students are looking for!
