A NOTE FROM THE GUSA WELFARE CONVENOR:
Happy New Year from everyone here at GUSA! This year will see the continuation of some great GUSA projects, plus the addition of a few new and exciting things.
This edition of the newsletter will focus on New Year’ s Resolutions, but before you start reading please remember one thing. The common saying“ New Year New Me” seems to be one that we either live by or mock incredibly. Although the new year may seem like the perfect time to change your life around and it may bring the motivation you’ ve been looking for, make sure that you have the right reasons. Make sure that you have yourself and your own wellbeing at the heart of any big decisions you are making.
