OUR PROVIDERS
FPA has 9 Board Certified physicians with
specialties in Family Practice, Pediatrics and Internal
Medicine. We also have 3 certified Nurse
Practitioners with experience in family medicine.
HOURS
FPA offers flexible office hours Mon – Fri 8:00AM –
4:30 with Evening hours on most days. Saturday
morning appointments are available for sick
patients.
LOCATION
FPA is located in the Hamburg area with easy
access from I-75 and Man O’ War Blvd.
